Delivery Information

Delivery is possible for orders of 10 pieces or more.

Our deliveries are carried out by an external transport company.
Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00.
Deliveries at a specific time are also possible — prices upon request.

The customer is responsible for unloading the goods, using a forklift or other suitable lifting equipment.
Our external carrier cannot and may not assist with unloading the ground protection mats.
It is important that unloading proceeds smoothly; otherwise, we may be obliged to charge waiting time.

We can also arrange transport with unloading by means of a truck-mounted forklift or crane truck.
Prices for these options are always available upon request.

The customer is at all times responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible by truck (approximately 18 metres in length).
Trucks require a minimum road width of 3 metres and a clear height of 4 metres.
Please also take the turning radius of the truck into account!
Unless otherwise specified, it is assumed that your site or delivery address is accessible for all types of trucks.
If there is insufficient space, this will be at the driver’s discretion, and any additional transport costs incurred will be fully charged to the customer.

We advise you to be present to receive the delivery.
The driver will ask you to sign for receipt, and it is recommended to check your order immediately upon delivery.

Change of Delivery Address

As long as we have not yet received your payment, you can still change your delivery address.
Please note that this may affect the transport cost.

After receipt of your payment, the delivery address can no longer be changed free of charge.
Until the shipment is loaded, an address change is only possible upon payment of an administrative fee of €75, charged by the external transport company for adjusting and relabelling the shipment.
Once the goods have been loaded onto the truck, no further changes are possible.
